Product description

The calibrating device assembly is composed of roller adjustment system, roller drive system and diamond roller assembly. The roller adjustment system adjusts the feeding amount of roller by lifting and lowering the guide rail box through double lead screws driven by combination gear with micro-motor. Adoption of ball lead screws makes the lifting more stable and cutting more even. In the roller drive system, main shaft, hence diamond roller, is driven by motor after acceleration by poly V-belt transmission mechanism, which generates high-speed rotation for tile milling. Both ends of the guide rail box are fixed with big end closures, which is convenient for roller changing.
